Searching the Past, Securing Your Future
At Scott Title, we realize that the only way to build a truly solid foundation for the future of your home is to thoroughly understand the past.
We are distinguished by our expert knowledge of the title process, along with one of the most thorough research strategies in the industry. This distinct approach has allowed us to develop relationships of deep trust with our attorney partners and the home buyers we have served for over two decades.
- We have a unique ability to minimize stress for the buyer at all points in the title transaction. Having handled over 8k cases in our tenure, we acutely conceptualize the best way to work with all parties involved, from real estate agents, brokers, and lenders, to the attorneys for both the buyer and seller. We seek to identify and prevent all issues before they materialize.
- The depth of our research sets us apart from others in the industry. We take the time to pay a higher level of attention to detail than most, treating all our clients as if they are our only client.
Our distinct approach to title insurance allows us the foresight to put it all together and take unforeseen events out of the equation, simplifying an overwhelming process with many confounding dimensions.
